We were just starting to look at houses to see what we liked in our price range. Before we knew it we had found a home that we absolutely loved and had to have! This was our first time buying a home so we weren't 100% knowledgable in the subject. Estevan was super helpful with explaining anything we had questions about and answered us about any time of the day that we texted him, which was great because my fiancé and I both have pretty busy work schedules so we can't always answer during business hours. We loved having him for buying our house!

Estevan was excellent!! We were first time homebuyers, petrified of the process based on stories we'd heard from our colleagues. Estevan was extremely helpful from beginning to end. He made himself very available by phone and text which was very refreshing, and he took time to answer all our questions. He didn't bat an eye no matter what kinds of nitty gritty questions we asked. He is warm, approachable, and professional. In retrospect I can't imagine a better realtor to help us through this stressful process. If you are looking for a determined and energetic (and, although I'd never admit it to him, pretty darn funny) realtor, Estevan is your guy.
